About Xtreme Clean Auto Wash

Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

Waiting 30mins in line just to find out they only take credit cards and not cash but they advertise online that they take both cash and card so a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. No signs saying that it’s card only until you get to the pay station. Ridiculous

Xtreme Clean is super convenient as Meijer is my go to for groceries. I always get the XtremePro wash (touch-less in the winter and mainly soft-touch in the summer). Super impressed with how well it cleans even when my car is super dirty. Plus when using the app every 5th wash is free and if you invite a friend or family member and they download the app you get a free wash and so do they. My only two gripes: the dryers leave a fair amount of water on your car (bring a towel!) and there are only 2 bays so sometimes I have to wait in line for 20+ minutes but overall it’s well worth it.

Awful car wash, would not recommend if you are looking for a safe and reliable car wash! This place has caused me so much grief with all the body damage it has done to my car. I have only been a handful of times out of convince seeing as it is 24 hours. Each time I regret my purchase and am left with more problems than a dirty car. With my most recent wash, I was told by a woman before entering the car wash, “Our compressor is out. Meet me at the other end when you are done with your wash for a free premium wash at the West Main location.”. She didn’t explain the compressor was for the Hub Scrub machine located at the end of the car wash. Without a proper explanation, I was sent on my way to continue the car wash. I was under the assumption that the compressor was something minor i.e. related to either the water hoses, soap dispensers or dryers. All the wash did was drizzle water on my car, not a drop of soap. At the end of my wash, with no proper warning, I was stuck inside. I had to reverse and narrowly avoid the pylons and walls of the car wash. Again, I was not properly forewarned this would happen. I will provide some photos of damage received by this location’s “extreme” ca

Best car wash around for a great price. Sure is nice knowing they actually have people looking after it helping you get a wash even with the problems they're having after the tornado. Great job and keep up the great work!!! Special thanks to the nice gal (District Manager) that was there today to help me and a lot of others, what a personal/knowledgeable person.
